Introduction

Tera-Power was founded in 2004. Our company specializes in the development and production of high capacity laptop batteries and power adaptors from a leading technology manufacturing plant located in Shenzhen, China.

We formed up by a talent R&D team, advance data processing equipments and mature production system. Our products are quality guaranteed due to our strict quality control system. Our factory had obtained ISO9001(Quality Control) and ISO14001(Environmental) certificates for both manufacturing plant and management system in 2009.

As a well developed ODM/OEM manufacturer, we understand the importance of delicate balance between R&D and manufacturing in both domestic and overseas markets. We are consistently paying efforts on technology innovation and product development. Therefore, we are able to produce specific battery products in order to meet ours customers' requirements.

Factory tour

TPE factory is a middle size factory, we have 220 staffs in the company, whose have been delicate into 3 Major departments: *Production / Quality Management / Research and Development /* we have a clear and no redundancy structure that enhance TPE to operate under more efficiency and lower cost way. Each department has the taking charger person, who will provide report to the management of factory daily, in order to monitory adjust the quality. Here are the information of TPE’s production team:
Production Dept: SMT / Reflow Soldering / Spot welding / Final Assembly / Ageing Testing Total Staff: 200 workers
Quality Manager Dept QA / IPQC / IQC / FQC (Workers in pink color) Total Staff: 10 QC specialists
R&D Dept Decoding / Mechanic / Electronics Total Staff: 10 engineers
